The Welcome Bonus is generally valid for 30 days. Reload bonuses and weekly offer validity is 7 days. Once expired, bonuses are automatically removed and cannot be recovered.

If your total losses in a week reach a certain threshold, you'll receive a percentage of that amount (typically 5%–15%) back as cashback the following week. Cashback can be withdrawn directly — no extra wagering required.

Yes, you can cancel a bonus at any time. However, cancelling a bonus will also void all winnings earned from bets placed using that bonus. Please think carefully before cancelling.

Odds are the multiplier applied to your winnings. For example, a ৳100 bet at odds of 1.8 returns ৳180 if you win (your original ৳100 stake plus ৳80 profit). The higher the odds, the lower the chance of winning — but the bigger the potential payout.
